Fullofcharm Autumn Angel had 2 babies overnight on the 12 November. They were all clean dry and suckling when I checked on her early morning. By lunchtime she had not had anymore but I felt she definately had more in her still very fat belly.

I called the vet and discussed with him the situation and he said to take her in to be checked. Autu,m was not pleased to be hauled into a carrier with her 2 babies. We got there and after the vet palpateing her belly he said she had at least 1 more in there.

She was given some oxytocin to bring on contractions and it was decided that if she hadnt had any more in half an hour she would be given a caesarean .

Well nothing came so onto surgery we went.

Autumn hnad been hiding 3 more babies that the belly of hers!

Some big babies – around 140 grams born. All doing well.
